The apartment is in 7th floor, located in the heart of Nha trang, Khanh Hoa, Vietnam_one of the most 20 beautiful bays over the world. It's only 200m from the beach and 100m from Saigon Yasaka and Sunrise hotels. It has a nice view which you can see both the sea and the stadium surround. A very comfortable place to live!

• Surrounding: Near Yasaka and Sunrise hotel. Near super market, stadium, hospital, restaurants and tourist areas. Very good security.Garage's in the first floor.
• Rooms : 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom & 1 single bedroom), living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, balcony.
• Facilities : Nice & good quality furniture equipped ( see pictures for details). Air con in master bedroom. Fans are in both bedrooms. Blankets, bed sheets & pillows included. And if you bring your laptop you can pick up the unsecured wireless signal from the nearby internet café: free internet.
• The temprature: Usually the temprature inside the apartment's cooler than the outside because of the breeze from the sea blows into the house. The air is very fresh, cool in the summer and warm in the winter (the winter temprature in Nha trang is about 20 degree Celius)
