Payment

Payment method:

1, Customer should email us to check availability.
2, We will respond promptly and give you all options available.
3, If you decide to book the unit, deposit must be made for reservation.
     - We will email you the deposit amount, depend on which unit you like to take, normally we ask for $100(short term), or a month rent (long term). Please email us for exact amount.
     - Deposit can make via Paypal (anywhere), Cash and Wire Transfer (Vietnam only).
     - Paypal transfer to phantuquynh@yahoo.com
4, After we receive your deposit, we will confirm your reservation.
5, The rest of the rent will be paid upfront when you arrive in cash.
6,  We will refund your deposit provided no damage occurs.
